The College of Education & Human Development’s Urban Child Study Center is partnering with the Children’s Museum of Atlanta on a new virtual learning grant project.
The Institute of Museum and Library Services awarded the Children’s Museum a $210,306 grant to “to provide preschool, Pre-K, kindergarten and special needs students from rural and urban Title I public school systems with curriculum-directed virtual learning opportunities,” according to a Children’s Museum press release.
The Urban Child Study Center will help develop an assessment program to gauge the virtual programming’s impact on student learning.
