Urban Child Study Center presents at ASHA
It’s been a busy conference month for the Urban Child Study Center. Researchers and students traveled to Los Angeles to participate in the annual conference for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Drs. Lakeisha Johnson and Ryan Lee-James presented their research on Inhibitory control among African American English speakers. We were also thrilled to support our graduate student, Joy Malutinok, who participated in ASHA’s Minority Student Leadership Program (MSLP).
