- Margaret Quinn wins the Hayden-Waltz Doctoral Dissertation Award Margaret F. Quinn, a graduate research assistant in the Urban Child Study Center, is the winner of the 2017 Hayden-Waltz Doctoral Dissertation Award established by College of Education & Human Development alumni, Drs. - The Launch of Atlanta 323 What is Atlanta 323? Atlanta 323 is a research-practice partnership between Atlanta Public Schools and Georgia State University to create an integrated, longitudinal P3 database for metro Atlanta.
